Dr. Parasa venkata Rathnam (Born 13 August 1958) is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh representing the Sullurpet constituency of Nellore.He is a Politician belonging to the Telugu Desam party. He was elected as an MLA thrice from Sullurpet Assembly Constituency in Nellore district.
